MTO IT, Inc. respects your privacy and takes its responsibilities regarding the security of your customer information very seriously. We are committed to providing you with a professional, valuable and personalized service whilst safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to MTO IT, Inc. business and all its subsidiaries. This Privacy Policy has been created to explain to you the way in which MTO IT, Inc. use your personal data. This information will assist you to determine whether or not to provide us with your personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to all MTO IT, Inc. customers. It is applicable for personal data collected from persons located worldwide. MTO IT, Inc. strives to collect, use and disclose personal information in a manner consistent with the laws of the countries in which it does business. Definitions of personal data

Personal data is any information that allows you to be identified. The information we gather in our systems falls into two categories: (1) personal information you supply, and (2) tracking information collected as you navigate through the web site. The types of personally identifiable information MTO IT, Inc. collects may include details of your name, address, telephone number, email address, fax number, billing address, gender, title, company name and department, MTO IT, Inc. services used, courses visited or taken, web sites developed, account and payment status, movies  and other products for which you have subscribed.

“Sensitive personal information” means personal information that reveals race, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, or that concerns an individual’s health or medical condition.

We do not collect personal data about your racial and ethnic origin, political opinion, religious beliefs or other beliefs of a similar nature, membership of a trade union, physical or mental health or conditions, sexual life or any other sensitive information.

MTO IT, Inc. uses a third party credit card processing company that collects customer’s billing information. MTO IT, Inc. has no access and does not store this information.

Practices and procedures to collect your personal data

MTO IT, Inc. will collect personally identifiable information whenever you do the following:

1. Provide personal information through the use of enquiry and registration forms, personal contact, or email. The information collected will be relevant to the provision of the services that you requested from MTO IT, Inc. and will be used only for these purposes. These services include training and courses, web design, online marketing, and webcasts.

2. Create an account. You have the option to create an account with us on our web site. When you create an account, we collect personally identifiable information such as name, address, telephone number, email address, fax number, billing address, gender, title, company name and department. We use this information to manage your account and customize and enhance your online experience. You may choose not to create an account or not to provide us with certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage or certain features on our site or receive certain products and services from MTO IT, Inc.

3. Purchase our products. When you purchase products from us, we will collect personally identifiable information about you such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, fax number, billing address, gender, title, company name and department. We use this information to process and communicate with you about your order. When you purchase a product, you may also choose whether you want us to send your information about our products, services, special promotions or incentives.

If we wish to use your personal data for new purposes, we will offer you the means to consent to those new purposes by: 1) indicating at the point on the site where personal data is collected; 2) contacting you by email, phone or mail and asking you to reply by sending an email to info@mtoit.com or by visiting the site http://mtoit.com.

Without your consent, we will not use your personal data for direct marketing, including the provision of offers for MTO IT, Inc. and its third party partners' products and services and customer surveys. We will not process personal information about you without your express consent. MTO IT, Inc. will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
 

Direct marketing

If you have consented at the point of collection to MTO IT, Inc. (and/or any third party) providing you with direct marketing material you will be requested to elect the type of media through which this material may be provided (for example, by postal, e-mail, telephone or fax). We will only provide you with such material via your chosen media.

If, at any stage, you object to MTO IT, Inc.'s use of your personal data for direct marketing or to the media in which such material is being sent, you may choose to unsubscribe to its receipt. If you have consented to receive third party direct marketing material you will need to unsubscribe directly with that third party.

Use of an Analyzer Tool

MTO IT, Inc. uses an analyzer tool to provide web cast services. The analyzer tool collects information on the country of your location, your browser type and operating system, for the purpose of customizing the web cast service to the technical capabilities of your country’s Internet connection and browser type. However, this information is collected and stored in aggregate form that does not identify you as an individual.

Privacy Principles

1.  Notice. Where MTO IT, Inc. collects personal information directly from individuals, it will inform them about the type of personal information collected, the purposes for which it collects and uses the personal information, and the types of non-agent third parties to which MTO IT, Inc. discloses or may disclose that information, and the choices and means, if any, MTO IT, Inc. offers individuals for limiting the use and disclosure of their personal information. Notice will be provided in clear and conspicuous language when individuals are first asked to provide personal information to MTO IT, Inc. or as soon as practicable thereafter, and in any event before MTO IT, Inc. uses or discloses the information for a purpose other than that for which it was originally collected. Where MTO IT, Inc. receives personal information from its subsidiaries, affiliates or other entities, it will use and disclose that information in accordance with the notices provided by those entities and the choices made by the individuals to whom the personal information relates.
2. Choice. MTO IT, Inc. will offer individuals the opportunity to affirmatively consent (opt in) to the disclosure of the personal information to a non-agent third party. For sensitive personal information, MTO IT, Inc. will give individuals the opportunity to affirmatively consent (opt in) to the use of the sensitive personal information for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individual, or to the disclosure of the information to a non-agent third party. MTO IT, Inc. will provide individuals with a reasonable mechanism to exercise their choices.
3. Data Integrity. MTO IT, Inc. will use personal information only in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by the individual. MTO IT, Inc.  will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is relevant to its intended use, accurate, complete and current. The personal information you provide to MTO IT, Inc. will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected or as required by law.
4. Transfers to agents. MTO IT, Inc. may provide information stored on the site and on its systems to agents for the purposes listed in the following section “Do We Share The Information We Receive?” Prior to sharing of your personal information, an agreement is made between MTO IT, Inc. and the agent to whom we are transferring data. Under this agreement, the agent will be held to privacy standards equal to those of MTO IT, Inc. Where MTO IT, Inc. becomes aware that an agent is using or disclosing personal information in a manner contrary to this Privacy Policy, MTO IT, Inc. will take reasonable steps to prevent or stop that use or disclosure.
5. Security. MTO IT, Inc. will take reasonable precautions to protect personal information in its possession from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. MTO IT, Inc. has in place appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful disclosure or access to or, accidental or unlawful loss of or destruction, or alteration or unauthorized disclosure of or access to, or other damage to your personal data.
These measures include, but are not limited to, the use of encryption technology, regularly scheduled backups with sensitive media secured in locked storage, and physical access limitations to the servers and media that store personal information. These measures ensure an appropriate level of security in relation to the risks inherent in the processing and the nature of the personal data to be protected. Our personnel who have access to personal information have been trained to maintain the confidentiality of the information. Data transmissions over the Internet cannot, however, be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, although we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from the site, and you do so at your own risk.
6.  Enforcement. MTO IT, Inc. will conduct compliance audits of its relevant privacy practices to verify adherence to this Privacy Policy. Any employee that MTO IT, Inc. determines is in violation of this Privacy Policy will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

Do We Share the Information We Receive?

We may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may employ third party service providers to perform functions on our behalf. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending mail, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance and processing credit card payments.

Sharing your Information

For information or content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content that you post on or in connection with MTO IT's Website. This License ends when you delete your content or your account (except to the extent your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it).

How do I Opt Out or Change my Information?

You can access and update information in your account profile at any time by logging in to the MTO IT, Inc. web site with your login name and password. Once you have logged in, you can update your name, e-mail, password, and/or change your address.
We recognize that you may not want to receive offers or other information from us. Upon request, we will provide to you within a reasonable time a copy of the personal data which we keep about you. We may require proof of you identity before we provide this information. We will provide the information without any charge. We allow you to challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data erased, rectified, amended, or completed. We reserve the right to refuse to provide our visitors with a copy of their personal data, but will give reasons for our refusal. We allow you to challenge our decision to refuse to provide you with a copy of your personal data.

Children’s Policy

We understand and share your concerns regarding your children’s access to the Internet and the Internet’s access to your children.
